Collection links

A collection link is one page that lists several of your upcoming events. Use it for a conference week, a city tour, or a season of dinners. People open one link and RSVP to whichever events they want.

Create a collection link

1. Go to Events.
2. Tick the events you want to include.
3. Choose Create collection link.
4. Give it a title, and optionally a short blurb of up to 280 characters. Freshmint makes the link name from the title, or you can type your own using lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
5. Select Save, then Copy link or Open page.

The link looks like freshmint.ai/c/ followed by your organization's link name and the collection's name.

Add or remove events

Tick events on the Events page and choose Add to existing link or Remove from link. To manage all your links, open Collection Links on the Events page.

What the page shows

Only events that are still upcoming. Events that end, or are canceled, drop off the page on their own. If no events are left, the page says there are no upcoming events right now.

You can give the page a Header color, and set one as your organization's default for new links.

Change a link name

Edit the link name in Collection Links. The old link keeps redirecting to the new one, so links you already shared keep working. You can remove old links when you no longer want them to redirect.

Your organization's link name is set in Settings > Organization by an admin. Changing it moves all your collection links, and the old addresses keep redirecting.

Delete a link

Open it in Collection Links and choose Delete link. Anyone who opens it then sees that the page is no longer available.
