Freshmint lets confirmed attendees check themselves in from their phone. There is no badge table and no app to download.

Turn on self check-in
- Open the event and go to the Settings tab.
- Turn on Self Check-In.
It is off by default. Only the primary host and admins in the primary host's organization can change it.
When check-in opens
Check-in opens on the event's start day, in the event's own timezone, and stays open until the event completes. For a multi-day event it stays open every day. Only Confirmed attendees can check themselves in.
How attendees check in
- On the event day, the attendee opens the event page or My Events while signed in. The main button on the event page becomes Check in to the event.
- They tap Check in.
- Their phone shows a proof screen: Checked In, the event name, a live clock and a moving ring. These change every second, so a screenshot will not pass for the real thing. Their title and company are shown too.
- They show the screen to whoever is on the door with Show Check-In to Host.
Their status on your Attendees tab changes to Checked In.
Tickets and Wallet passes
Confirmed attendees see a ticket with a QR code in My Events under Show ticket, and can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The ticket says "Show this at the door".
Check someone in yourself
On the Attendees tab, change the attendee's status to Checked In. On a phone, open the attendee's card and tap Check In. If you checked in the wrong person, change their status back.
Common questions
An attendee does not see the Check in button. Check that self check-in is on, that it is the event day, that they are Confirmed, and that they are signed in with the email they registered with.
Someone turned up who is not confirmed. Confirm them on the Attendees tab, then check them in.
