Freshmint Copilot

Copilot is an assistant inside Freshmint that knows your events, attendees and contacts.

Open it

Press ⌘J on a Mac or Ctrl+J on Windows, or select Copilot in the sidebar. It docks beside the page you are on, so you can keep working. You can expand it to full screen.

What to ask

Copilot suggests questions for the page you are on. For example:

• "Show my upcoming events."
• "How is registration going for this event?"
• "Which guests are still waiting for approval?"
• "Find contacts who came to more than one event."
• "Draft a reminder email for this event's guests."
• "What should I do before this event starts?"

Type @ to mention a specific event or contact.

Answers can include tables, charts and cards you can open in the dashboard.

You approve every change

Copilot can draft emails and make changes for you, but it asks first. Anything that sends an email or makes something public shows a card listing exactly what will happen, and nothing happens until you select Approve.

Copilot acts as you. It can only see and do what your own role allows.

History

Your past conversations are kept under Conversation history. Start a fresh one with New chat.

If Copilot is unavailable

If you see "AI connections are off for your organization", an organization admin has turned off AI for your team in Settings > Connected apps. If you see that you have reached the AI limit, wait a little and try again.
