Freshmint has two plans. Both include every feature. What changes is how many people on your team can use it, and how many contacts you can keep.

There is no credit card needed for Free and no time limit. Freshmint never charges per event or per attendee.
Co-hosts and sponsors do not count
Your user count covers people in your own organization only. Partners you invite to an event never count toward your five.
Upgrade to Pro
An organization admin can upgrade:
- Open Settings > Billing.
- Select Upgrade to Pro.
- Enter your payment details. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
You need to finish setting up your organization before you can upgrade.
If you try to invite a sixth team member on Free, Freshmint offers the upgrade at that point.
